Uno de los sĆ­ntomas fisiológicos mĆ”s incómodos y que mĆ”s asustan de la ansiedad, es la hiperrespiración o hiperventilación. 

Existe una manera de poder contrarrestar la presión a nivel torÔcico que genera este tipo de activación, y es aprender a respirar de manera diafragmÔtica. Este tipo de respiración producirÔ una respuesta de disminución de las sensaciones de falta de aire y de presión, sustituyéndolas por una posibilidad de respiración natural y tranquila, relajada.

Es fƔcil de automatizar si se entrena adecuadamente, y os aseguro que notarƩis una gran diferencia.
