Uno de los síntomas fisiológicos más incómodos y que más asustan de la ansiedad, es la hiperrespiración o hiperventilación. 

Existe una manera de poder contrarrestar la presión a nivel torácico que genera este tipo de activación, y es aprender a respirar de manera diafragmática. Este tipo de respiración producirá una respuesta de disminución de las sensaciones de falta de aire y de presión, sustituyéndolas por una posibilidad de respiración natural y tranquila, relajada.

Es fácil de automatizar si se entrena adecuadamente, y os aseguro que notaréis una gran diferencia.
